It's quite easy to learn how to make a simple mod like this, it just takes some time to modify the unit sizes.
If you're willing to learn, open the pack in RPFM and check how I did it. There are also great guides on the topic. Happy modding :-)
I made a personal mod that added most expanded rosters, OVN, Southern Realms, various popular unitpacks etc..
Unfortunately unless you have all those mods, the game will crash if you try to start it, which would make such a pack very "niche" (and the requirement list long) to upload here on the workshop.
If you know some basic RPFM and know how to use formulas in excel, you can use this mod as a template and import units from other mods, run them in the excel-formula and then just add them to the pack.
Nuh-uh, it will crash without all the correct submods.
If you know some basic RPFM you can simply delete all tables (in both folders) except _DV_SFO_one, _DV_SFO_two, _DV_SFO_units and _DV_#SFO_hero. Then just save and voilá, you have the mod working for only base SFO!
You just have to remove the unit entries for all other factions in the pack and keep the ones for the units you want to be at 150% size.
Those removed will automatically revert to base-SFO sizes.
