Aye we'd used power lines before too on a private server but it regularly disconnected itself.
I'm currently making a 48~km pipeline 100m power line poles would take all week xP
It's just that we've a fusion reactor (IOverhaul) and it's to connect an oil rig. I'm just setting up a two way pipe system and I can send Ice or fuel oil back to the rig and run it off hydrogen or Petrol.
In the past, I've used this mod to transmit power alongside it, though it doesn't stretch as fare as the pipelines do... (Basically make a small island every so often with a power cable pylon and a pipelines receiver.)

That question has been asked and answered *multiple* times in the comment section. (No ... no gas)
Thanks in advance,
Я попробовал использовать этот мод но он мне не понравился, он не всегда хотел соединять трубы даже в 50 м друг от друга (и стрелку направления я соблюдал). Вот если его доделают то это будет топ 10 модов которые я буду использовать!
For exemple "Pipeline Hub [SILVER]" will only connect to other pipeline with [SILVER] somewhere in their name

I think I remember seeing a railroad mod for Medieval engineers back in the day
ok, but do they let power through? So it could also be a way to power outposts from a central location?
This is kind of driving me insane and is making the mod nearly impossible.
1. Containers (and not just Pipelines) don't "suck the material" - this is an SE thing - you have to manually move the stuff or have some script and/or 'something' to move the ores/components.
2. If you use just Pipelines (which doesn't require power) and place something in it, be sure you have the Pipeline pointing in the right direction and it should 'come out' at the other end of the Pipeline (again, unless you have something that draws it out, it will sit there.
Your #1 is that you didn't pay attention to the 'rules' of Pipelines (and more importantly, the rules of SE - see above)
Your #2 is as my #2 and the experience you had I believe in your 'test' - and it was just like things should be.
When you say "nothing came out the other side", I will also refer you to the rules of SE physics - likely the item was in the Pipeline end - or, if you have a base there, it was 'sucked' into a Refinery or O2 gen.
First thing first, I am running Weapon Core and Industrial Overhaul.
I got my pipeline network set up, everything is connected, and the whole thing spans less than 1km in total length. I have the following issues:
1. I placed a Small Cargo Container (SCC) under my first Pipeline Cargo Block (PCB) to act as a 'deposit' hoping that the pipeline would suck the material out of it. This was not the case and I was also unable to directly transfer materials directly from the SCC to the PCB. Intentional or mod issue?
2. When I do place material directly into the PCB it gets sucked out of the inventory and then... disappears. I have tried stone, ore, items, and nothing comes out the other side. I checked the inventory of each PCB in the network and nothing was stuck. Just gone.
Weird, but it works then
Try using power poll tethers its like a powerline
Best I've gotten 'guaranteed' is three blocks separated - that's a lot, but if you want them closer, you have to just keep trying. I also have gotten better results by going in a 'circle' - i.e., the out->in, then the other out->in (I won't say I'm an expert by a long shot and it has been awhile since I used them - mostly because of the trouble setting up 2-way connections..... :(
as for O2/H2 - MANY answers on here - N O ! Pass SOLID things (like something called "Ice"...)
Firstly, how do you make pipelines be side-by-side and not connect to the same output pipeline; i.e, how do you set tags for a pipeline?
Second, can pipelines transport oxygen/hydrogen?
