I think it's possible for you to limit what resources this can move, I've seen some tricks that can move more than their category can usually hold, or less.

What year is it available from?

It is not bugged. The truck only does what the Farm tells it to. If it only brings in 10 tons then perhaps the farm's storage is full or there is some other issue with too many fields. If you have a bunch of trucks in different fields it counts all that against the farm's internal storage. Try using the distribution office to move grain from fields to the silo.

It is bugged. Takes 50 tons, but returns around 10 tons. Please fix it.

Mobile silos are of course very common in western europa. They exist already since the late 1980's and are more common in the 1990's. But the capacity is lower with maximum 30t and speed is up tp 80 or 90 km/h.

In the United States, mobile silos are not “mobile”: it is a very large trailer, up to 138 tonnes of grain, that must be emptied with dump trucks before it can be moved.
The mobile silo I mentioned (60 tonnes of grain) can be moved, before having to be emptied by dump trucks : he is truly "mobile", but it moves very slowly.

Silo trucks have been around for decades in America. Not sure when they showed up in Europe but it is definitely earlier than 2018.

The 1st "mobile silo" built in the EU dates from 2018. Capacity: 60 tonnes. Very slow, it takes half a day to move to another field. It serves as a transitory collection, before placing the harvest in a fixed silo.

Thoes silo's you link arnt 'Mobile' as much as they are being transported - not loaded.

This particular vehicle is fiction but the concept of mobile silos is a real thing.
