You can create pretty much any custom object with primitives (the white shapes you can find from the props menu in level editor) just twist and turn them enough to get the results you want. Here's a video explaining how to use them: https://youtu.be/z_GnHOth8cg

Good level and design!
Although I think you should put all the enemies into a faction so that they don't attack each other after the player dies
