Check out this mod collection I gathered, it’s awesome! One of the mods featured is this one i call it Isaac+

@Whiamy Aleeve Sorry for the late reply. The mod overwrites the face of Wholesome Lilith, hair and body remain unchanged though. The costumes are also fully compatible.

and i didnt have any items when her eyes were bigger but now its back to normal

@Void Devourer I just tested it and it works fine for me. Did you pick up an item that increases the size of Isaac's eyes, like Cricket's Head or Speedball?

Amazing! I'm interested in doing a similar mod for other characters, so I checked the mod's folder to see if you needed any coding and found nothing, only the graphic files. However, I tried to do the same with other characters but their new costumes don't get applied. Is there anything I may be missing?

Unintentionally, I have found which item gives her eyes, and without spoiling the secret too much (In case you want to keep it secret) LOVE how it looks, it's great XD

Small bug: In my last run the "I found pills..." costume covered Lillith's hair; her head sprite was drawn completely in front of her hair sprite.

This mod don't fits with "Wholesome Lilith" costume mod, but it's looks ideal with normal T.Lilith.

not correct, kilburn said he's gonna add some stuff eventually like more alt path bosses, corpse alt, possibly a few cut enemies, etc

@admittedGirthness That's a fun story! By the way, there's actually a single item in this mod that grants eyeballs to Lilith. I kept it in as a small joke, but I'm not gonna tell which item it is!

lol because of Lilith having eyes when picking up an item i then decided to draw tainted :Lilith with eyes from now on as a joke, don't know if i can install this mod without saying "man am i really gonna put that behind me?" lol But yeah this is needed for consistency.
