The only issue that I'm having is that when I load in, most textures just appear as black/no light at all. I really want to play this amazing map, but it kinda sucks that I'm having this problem.

Go to your options. There should be a video tab. Go there and look down. Turn the HDR pulldown to off. You may need to restart the game for it to work.
