Are you taking suggestions for buffs?
Because i think having the Districts not being capped and making the Orbital Deposits provide Job Production bonuses and or Job Upkeep reduction would be nice.
For an example having Astro-mining Orbitals increase minerals from jobs and reduce the mineral upkeep of Industrial Jobs.

This mod is actually amazing, I've never really built habs in a gigaengineering game due to their uselessness but now I may be doing that.

This is actually a pretty good idea 'cause the voidborne ascension perk doesn't really do that much for habitats with the exception of adding a few building slots and a bonus to the habitability so I'm going to incorporate this MoD into my modpack
