No, it's how it is in the original mod. Also this thing is pushing the bodygroup/material limit that the source engine can handle so some slight changes can cause it to go unstable when compiling.

It's original purpose was so that it can be used for my comics/videos that's why. Most cars seem too big for ragdolls/playermodels/npcs so when I make scenes involving them, it looks like they are kids driving a car. And I think this ( https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Dimensions ) might help answer the question as it explains that the Hammer Editor's grid is way off compared to the modelling software's grid. Most cars are scaled to the Hammer Editor's grid.
