Did you hand make it? I'm curious if they reject it for production cost, like it requires steel and they don't do steel

I round everything off and use a wire wheel brush on it so that there are no sharp points, I havent had any issues with it.

Are the points catching your pocket? I know they make it look cool, but it could rip someones pockets. Oh gaw... that moment, when u realize.. ur old qq

It's 100% steel and it is 1/8'' thick. It doesn't bend at all, here it is next to a quarter for comparison http://imgur.com/P8QR5u7 it is almost twice as thick. I have been using one on my keychain for the last month with no problems.
