Too short. The author has some interesting story techniques.
However, in its present form it isn't worth a replay and I wouldn't use it as a map for guests.
Nevertheless, I believe you are the right kind of modder to author a compelling story. For instance, as a suggestion, the player has found resin beneath his garage and he is mining it. Every once in awhile as the story progresses, the player re-enters the world above through a sewer grate which is next to gun-upgrade station.
As the player moves through his tunnel, it ends where he broke into the antlion nest; and so these tunnels are larger and have some sections which are very large and full of eggs or food or larvae.
At another point, a combine soldier drops a couple of corpses into a sewer as you approach the grate. Then another cut-scene shows the ant-lions placing the corpses next to some head-crabs. Then they drop some resin.
