Yes, it is the same cost as the Freightliner and Kenworth W900 by Jon Ruda.

I believe they came with the USA Wheel Pack included with Jon Ruda's Peterbilt 389.

The truck is payware. Look up Jon Ruda on Facebook and you will find what you need. You can also Google him and you should find lots of YouTube videos that explain how to get his trucks.

If you already have Jon Ruda's Freightliner Classic XL, you just need to subscribe. Then when you start the game next time, go in to Mod Manager and activate the skin mod.
