could you make non-crappy clown hair? Maybe one that has feathers instead of hair? Trying to make a macaw race but not finding many cosmetics for that.

As of V1.3, "Rimworld" has changed HAIRGENDER to STYLEGENDER and HAIRTAGS to STYLETAGS (respectively, "styleGender" and "styleTags"). If you still have the commands from V1.2, your Hair will not appear on Pawns within the game .
