Got ride of Syringes++ I believe it was causing the issue. Please test if you have time and thanks for letting me know @RandomLatinName

Syringes++ does not exist on the steam workshop anymore, but the syringes should be missing instead of the item being corrupted.

Did you download syringes++? I'm able to run it still on my end. Not sure what the issue is.
