various tutorials on gamebanana that explains this, you will need various tools. Other than that its just a simple replace and rename process after you make a custom folder in your gmod directory

Maybe use snd_restart in the console.

Doesn't work for me, I get no sounds, just the default Gmod walking sounds
I downloaded it and didn't work, tried uninstalling and installing again and restarting the game and still didn't work.
Is it on my part or the mod that doesn't work?

ok, seems sometimes this happens. I will check it out myself, but try snd_restart and see if that works in the meantime.

when i loaded a map with snowy ground, the footsteps make an ear-piercing noise upon walking around

For some reason the sound on everything but metal sounds so low quality. There is also frequent popping.

i think some of these need a fall damage sound cause everytime i take fall damage it makes a weird sound like how do i say this like a "walkie talkie being turned off"

you have to restart the game in order for it to work. if it doesn't, try typing snd_restart in the console

I don't hear any sounds of boots, gears & stuff while moving. This mod is a lie!
