again, there are many factors affect the trade agreement, and this mod is not a trade guarantee

While this mod does increase the likelyhood that AI accept or even propose Trade Treaties, it seems it does nothing, or might even make it harder to get trade deals with passive factions (that is factions with the "passive" trait in the diplomacy view), as I've seen them ask for tens of thousands of gold to even get to medium chance for trade deal acceptance even when they are neutral or friendly and even long after I'd gotten non-agression and millitary access with them.
