sometimes when you die in vehicle the mod just stops working

Magazine in most guns not Clip.
There are clips in some guns but lets say Mag

their is a mod pack called Enhanced Health System and yes you can give yourself 999999999 that is the most health you can have or it will reset to 0 if it goes past 999999999 or my PC just cant run that much health

the mod is great i use it all the time but if i swim or use a vehicle it stops working ive tried turning it off then on ive tried leaving the game and starting it back on on steam but it doesn't do anything
