alright then the wallpaper can be discard to be the issue, must be something with the engine.

I don't see a different in cpu usage/temps with this wallpaper and others and it isn't very heavy

i recently came with a problem and im not sure if this wallpaper in specific is the issue, but incase im letting you know: while using this wallpaper ive noticed how my cpu temps are going above 60c under idle, and task manager shows that wallpaper process is on "power usage very high" which leads to have high temps.

might wanna check your wallpaper incase it is the cause of the problem.
