Tully is da goat!
Features:
1) Fast moving.
2) Has a sawed-off shotgun just in case.
3) Can use his shield with a 30% chance to completely ignore incoming shot (Like Templars).
4) Bladestorm with pushback
5) Immune to any CC (except stasis) unless he has been hit on that turn (1 turn CD).
6) Damage ~8-10. with a 15% chance of 5 more.
Still a beatiful addition to my broken as hell playthrough.
