Good evening everyone.
Let me start by apologizing to everyone for absenteeism and problems related to the database, but in recent months I have had to deal with problems that I do not wish it on anyone ...
Unfortunately I lost all data on my PC and consequently all the DB I created.
for weeks I'm trying to finish a version for FM 15 unfortunately without success, as the game crashes when starting a new career ...
I ask again apologizes and indeed I would ask someone, if interested, to try to evaluate this version and tell me what you think ...
thanks to all.

complete garbage, just fix the normal file.
WeertGilders 22 Nov, 2014 @ 2:12pm
But, it has to be said, in a way it is fun. It also stimulates playing at smaller clubs with smaller budgets
WeertGilders 22 Nov, 2014 @ 12:44pm
I feel like the ''you need 4 homegrown players in the selection, and 1 in the first 11'' rule ruins some teams. It practically makes PSG unplayable.
HaCkKpO 13 Nov, 2014 @ 10:48am
Using Boca Juniors almost every player of the team its foreign, i dont know what reference use the rule to say that a player is foreign or not... I mean, those all are argentinean of course, do i have to use all european players? Anyway im gonna desactivate the rule with the editor..

Is it possible to change the wage cap on a mac?
maco7 27 Aug, 2014 @ 2:52am
for how long did u tested it? because annual salary limit is a nonsense for me. i'm playing now 4th season and there are teams in premier league with for example 8 or 10 players, because of yearly salary rise or other contract clauses. Real Madrid has limit 1,6mln and Cristiano is earning 575k, Bale 300k. Where's the sense? I'm playing Legia Warsaw and now I'm in 6th division after 3 promotions and I have to loan about 10 young players from other clubs or sell my best players year after year because of yearly raise 30% and promotion clause raise 30%. It's hard on this level to sign average players without this clauses.

After you load Mitch's file in the top right of the screen there will be a small menu. There should be an option in there that says Nation Rules:England open it up and on the larger box below it, there will be a divsions box. Open it select whatever divsion you want then go to fixture rules, and delete the wage rule repeat till all divsions are wage cap free.
Buran 1 Aug, 2014 @ 2:39pm
I am on the editor, but i can fine where to change wage cap?
minimodders 1 Aug, 2014 @ 12:41pm
For those folk that are wanting to remove the wage cap, simply mod the file yourself, In the library drop down menu on steam there is a tool button. Inside that is the FM14 editor, load Mitch's data file, from their you can change anything, wage cap, team placements etc etc. Though save the file as a Save as instead of overwriting the orginal in case something goes wrong.
klamperna 8 Jul, 2014 @ 11:42am
Hello,

I've been enjoying this mod for 3 seasons now, but there's something definitely wrong with scheduling matches - particulary champions league matches sometimes happen during national break and now I'm stuck with my last group match (which decides whether I advance or not) while I have THREE players from A team available (none of them is even normal starter), with 90% of my able youngsters also with national team, so I have to beat Man City with bunch of youngsters that arent even good enough for reserve and 21s squad.

Of course I understand that this is probably not fixable atm and that my game is ruined or even over, but if you (or anyone else) are planning mod like this for future, please make sure to not repeat those errors if possible, it takes almost all fun from the game :\

Can't select the league
diggijo_96 11 Jun, 2014 @ 7:31am
Hey Mitch, I was watching a youtube series where he went Al-Ain. Is there any way to play with Al-Ain anymore?
H-DUB 7 Jun, 2014 @ 12:00pm
Hey Mitch, when can we expect the new update?
amne7ia 5 Jun, 2014 @ 8:16am
Hello, i'm not a fan of the league wage cap. Can you make it optional or increase it by 20%? Nobody can afford your top player you need to remove nor can you buy anyone yourself, so you are pretty much stuck with first season squads.
leftys11 1 Jun, 2014 @ 8:48am
I get the sense that the author is defensive about it but the wage cap is a problem. When you start in league 19 with Brisbane Roar and their starting wage budget is $75k, having to cut that to $22k and field a competitive team is not a challenge...it's mission impossible. Not sure why $75k for a small Australian team is so unrealistic that the budget should be cut by such a large amount. It's his vision and I respect that....I just won't be sharing it.
kevin.bek 28 May, 2014 @ 8:18pm
Pretty cool, but I have found a common problem with scheduling where the game occurs 1 or 2 days too soon and all of my players are on international duty and my good young players are out with the youth teams of there nation.
ArtfulPodger 27 May, 2014 @ 1:59pm
Hello, i can change the wage cap for leagues but will that change the wage cap for the cup competitions as i cannot proceed in the cup as my wage dramtically exceeds the amount, but cannot find the wage cap on the cups in the editor. Thanks
Fabio 27 May, 2014 @ 3:19am
Hey, I've downloaded this mod but I'm getting the same issue from the original mod. the game states that this league was suposed to have 7 leagues, any sugestion?
thanks
Timmsoski 26 May, 2014 @ 5:48am
Hey man, cant find where to change the max wage? Looked in Nation Rules and in the Division rules cant seem to find it, know where it is?
Biquet 24 May, 2014 @ 12:38pm
You sure put a lot of effort in this update. Thank you for that.

I hope you're going to remove that salary cap. I don't see why you would implement that. Also, the "foreign rule" makes absolutely no sense. It is supposed to be a world league. Why would you make some of the teams "foreign"?
76561198099822057 19 May, 2014 @ 1:50pm
A member of our forum had a problem downloading your FIFA World League v4.2 file due to Error Code 2. He asked us to download the file and attach it to our messages so that he could download it. I hope this won't be a problem for you. If it is, we can delete the message.

Here is the link to the topic: {LINK REMOVED}

Thanking you in advance,

There a way for me to take the rule at most 7 non-European players?'m From Brazil and would like to play with my favorite team but I can not by this rule .. Thanks.
tm1991 4 May, 2014 @ 10:16am
dear lord is it supposed to be this slow? i'm only running the league 1 and 2 and I just hit the "FA Cup" day and it took over 10 minutes to load (running on late 2013 macbook pro)
NavonDuSandau 4 May, 2014 @ 5:32am
there's pros and cons to the wage ceiling. I tried this out yesterday, but lower leagues are currently impossible due to the bug you mentioned.

However, if you do implement this, it impacts realism as there's no such thing as a wage ceiling in real football. You will also need to sort of "re-seed" players or adjust player wages as taking control of a lower league team with a 200K wage bill and a 20K cap will clearly make it impossible to play as there is no way you can clear 180K wages and still have a team that is even remotely competetive.

So, my suggestion would be to either;

1) Abolish the wage cap but make sure that reputation adjusts quickly to the league level
2) Leave the wage cap in but "fix" teams

I'm also wondering if you're leaving the UK transfer rules in. It's a bit painful playing in a world league but having work permits refused on almost everyone you bid on :(
povester 3 May, 2014 @ 3:03pm
Hi Mitch, love the patch! Can you run the update in a previously loaded game? (ie the change in how many homegrown players you have to have in starting XI.)
Mitch  [author] 3 May, 2014 @ 5:41am
I have an important announcement to make.
in the next update I will remove the annual wage, not because I think it does not serve or to it make impossible to play but because I noticed that the game allows every teams to not respect this rule, except for those controlled by the user.
it's a shame because if it had been mandatory for all teams there would have been more balanced and exciting championships.
I apologize for this bug and for the next update I'll find a solution.
as always, advice and criticism are always welcome.
do not forget to leave a rating.
Ciao

i'm sorry,that's not possible...
ryzka 2 May, 2014 @ 3:32am
Cool, thanks for the reply :)
jamesbfc97 1 May, 2014 @ 6:55am
ok is there a way you could give me a version with out all the transfer rules and that?
Mitch  [author] 1 May, 2014 @ 5:16am
ryYchuU
yes it goes "only" to League 19th, I'm sorry but it's the only way to make this patch work....
jamesbfc97
Sorry but I don't know what vanilla version is.
michalisd
I really don't know what to say... it works perfect to me, expecially for the players registration...
jamesbfc97 30 Apr, 2014 @ 1:43pm
mitch could you give me the vanilla version please it would be much appreciated.
Mahow 30 Apr, 2014 @ 9:27am
Is it just me or is there a slight problem with the wage restrictions? I'm managing Funabashi and my cap is what it said it is. When playing Sivasspor I noticed John Utaka playing, someone who would not accept a wage lower than the max cap. I went to their registration screen and they're paying 90k in wages. Huddersfield are paying £130k a week, Milwall £125k etc. There are also many teams who have registered more than the 30 allowed.
ryzka 29 Apr, 2014 @ 7:08am
It only goes down to Ffia League Nineteen, does it not go to Fifa League Qualification pool like the old one?
Mitch  [author] 27 Apr, 2014 @ 3:02pm
the point is clear and simple.
The annual wage is in all divisions to make the game more competitive and prevent or restrict the big clubs to make crazy offert during the window transferts and allow the small clubs to compete .
is logical, as I have already explained, that if you choose a club in the nineteenth division or a very low division, you can't expect to do the same transferts of a team in a higher division .
the purpose of this update is also to test the players from the managerial point of view and see if they are able to get good results without making huge upheavals, unless you have the financial ability .
Finally, as I have already said, the annual wage is a critical part of this update; so if you or any other user, for whatever reason, didn't approve this point:
- Removes it using the editor ( editor / National Rules / select the awards category of each division / remove the annual wage );
- Don't choose this update.
in any case, good luck and have fun . :)
keegandjk96 26 Apr, 2014 @ 3:22pm
Yes but it's with nearly every club.. Whats the point in playing with a team like bolton if you can't buy any players. Not having a go, could you at least increase the cap so a team can bring in 1-2 players?
Mitch  [author] 23 Apr, 2014 @ 6:19am
sorry, but like I already said the wage budget is part of my vision of the game and every division has is own according to the level of the division.
it also seems logical to me; because if you play in a rather low division, you can not expect to have the same wage ceiling of a first division club ...
But if you think it's a problem open the editor and remove the salary cap for each division in which you want to play ...
Good Luck! :)
keegandjk96 22 Apr, 2014 @ 12:39pm
The wage budgets are still a problem in the lower divisions... Could you possibly take out the wage cap as it doesn't allow me to buy any players unless i sell my best players with mediocre players (and thats even if teams buy my players, which they usually dont!!)
Mitch  [author] 19 Apr, 2014 @ 2:55am
I Don't know you should try when you start a new carrer....
