The Gura Hat is unlocked from the start of the game which gives you access to the Ice Hat abilities earlier than you should have it.

God, true yeah. Even so at the worst just swap to experimental branch, mods still load there (but vanessas curse does not)

I love how someone can boot up the game, notice that not a single one of their mods were loading, and instead of simply thinking that mods could just be disabled, they instead get into the wild conclusion that "Ah yes, this Gawr Gura mod specifically is what was causing the game to completely ignore every single one of my mods, I must find the creator and tell them to patch up the game for them".

The hat was difficult to fit right because Hat Kid's head is much more round than Gura's ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

make sure the mod is downloaded and enabled, it should be in your dye section, if it isn't then idk whats wrong.
