could you update this mod?

This mod seems to take the whole 00_defines with it, try to keep only the parts of this mod that are needed and modified so as to ensure maximum compatibility with other mods.

Not sure if it's caused by this mod, but countries are constantly going to war and white peaceing out instead of annexing or puppeting each other.

Great Mod. Any way for relations to improve when doing other diplomatic actions? I've always found it peculiar that I could send volunteers and materiel, give docking rights, give military access, or send an attache' without some sort of improvement to relations. Or reverse. offering these to a country without the relationship of the nations they are at war with, declining.
