Looks like a AIE-486H Heavy Machine Gun from Halo.Nice!

I love this weapon so much just for the fact that you can put decals on it, and they can actually look good.

Obviously when you have this out you get a passive defense boost against bullet cause of the shields
Since it looks like it weighs more than even Heavy's usual fare it should slow down the user while it's out and take more time to actually take out
Just for balancing's sake probably an attack debuff too

After just over a year of no weapons, the Workshop gains one! A really good remake of a classic! Nice job, this looks incredible!
