@yams try these things
- start a new run
- restart the game
- start a run without the mod, switch to a different skin than the default one, and then start a new run with the mod and switch to teh Zagreaus skin
- check if you have Rise of the Giant DLC installed

@[Dec+]方歌行 as Nold said it's a bit complicated process. Main roadblock is the amount of animations and I would not recomend anyone to bother with anything aside from recolors when it comes to skins.
But if you have some specific issues, something you already tried but don't know where to continue, we can try to give some advice.
If you have Discord then we could talk there, we have a channel for mods there in the Dead Cells server.
If not you can just create a thread about it here in the sead cells workshop forums, just so we don't clutter this comment section with it.
