not the creator but you should just make a collection with your mod and any other mods you think work well with it like this one and link it in the workshop page

The sprite might be a bit oversized, most trinkets don't look that big

inside the challenge room everything looks fine

theres a small bug with this item. while you're in a secret room that is next to a challenge room the entrance appears as closed gates which opens after blowing them up

I think this might be a bit broken in co-op? I was player two my player one partner was dead , I picked this up and walked over to the boss challenge room and it wasn't open

@infernalthing Yeah definitely, as a heads up though I don't think this will work properly straight away in Repentence once they allow mods, since I think they changed it to reevaluate if they should close the door if your hearts change

This would be so helpful in Repentance where boss challenge rooms can only be entered with a total of one heart!
