how cool would this actually be? Metra could upgrade their fleet and pay for part of it by handing off old rolling stock to other mid-sized cities interested in better integrating the Midwest System like KC, STL, Wisconsin (bring back the Talgo), Cincinatti, Indianapolis, etc.
