Actually I figured it out by going into creative mode. For other users: The rear right thrusters has an exposed generator next to it. Just cover the generator with a few blocks and you're good to go air tight.

Hey love this thing. For the life of me I cant make it airtight inside though with the exact setup as this BP and I cant determine what the issue is. Were you able to solve?
