This reduces fleet power to everyone equally. If it does have an effect on diplomatic power and the AI's willingness to go to war, it should be balanced.

这会平等地减少每个人的舰队力量。 如果它确实对外交力量和 AI 的参战意愿有影响,那么它应该是平衡的。

这个MOD好像是降低了所有军事单位的战力?AI和野怪的战力都变成个位数了……这会不会影响外交权重和AI战争意愿啊?

真心感谢大佬的MOD,之前一直在用!可是最近新DLC出后新档出现跳出情况,但是奇怪的是到达跳出日期后快进有时能读过去,我一开始也不知道什么情况,后来无意中暂停这个MOD后就暂时没有跳出过了,请问一下,这个MOD也改了陆军战力吗?

@Cioran Shrugged well that makes sense, but it still seems to quote "fix" it for me as my total fleet power, according to the galactic community stats, still seems to still round up to where it really should be instead of being reduced. Regardless of that, it still does what I wanted it to do.

Vector, it doesnt really "fix" the fleet power 1 issue, it just simply reduced your general fleet power. And if your fleet power is too absurdly strong, it also becomes one. and one more thing, my 1m fleet become a few k, and it could be really annoying sometimes.
