Yeah I mispelled it in the pictures. Try fog_colorskybox instead.
You need to use external programs like Photoshop to actually do that. The image in the slideshow is merely an example of what can be done with this map's greenscreen.
Oh, that would be because I misinput the command in the description, updating it now.
The command was supposed to be fog_enableskybox 1.

fog_color_skybox 191 191 191
There are no natural shadows in the map, use greenscreen panels as floors and add light to create shadows.
Thank you for letting me know about this man.. I want to make a cel shaded poster is all.
You can't do normal shadows in this map unfortunately, you'll have to use an image-editor tool like Photoshop to make them.
Normally yes, but you'll have to use a program like Photoshop or GIMP to do chroma-keying (deleting the green background). Also, you can still put in green stuff in the greenscreen, but it should not look alike to the bright green color in the background, otherwise you might have that deleted too when working with chroma keying.

My fucking eyes with that green image >:(
How could I make the background/default green, black?
Having solid colors enabled on models prevents all lights from influencing the model, so you'll have to find a different way of putting cell shading on your model. Color correction can help you create the desirable shading effect, even though it's a rather obscure way of doing it.
Whenever I add a light the character isn't illuminated.
