They BADLY need settlement rework. One of the devs in an interview a while back (I think it was posted on either Turin's channel or MilkandCookies TW on Youtube) said every game 1 and game 2 faction would be revisited at least once more before its all over. But HOW will they be revisited is what I am worried about. Norsca needs work, and if they truly want to recreate the old world in this ambitious endeavor, each faction must be an equally viable choice. Settlement reworks, a few new units, and a couple LLs, as well as maybe a Kurgan/Hung asthetic for some would certainly do the trick. Fluff is nice, but I want them to think as we do- Long term viability!

@steelmidnight They're definitely gonna have a lot of territory by standing in for Kurgans/Hungs Tribe. I don't know when they will get a dlc/rework in game 3 but I am hopeful that they'll be in a better spot campaign wise if diplomacy and minor settlement defense + regional occupation are dealt with as they're problems with this game as a whole and are what really drags Norsca down.

Have you guys seen the new Kislev Rasputin LL? I was REALLY thinking it would be Boris. I think this would be the best time to expand Norsca early on, as they will hold ALOT of territory, and the kurgan would be a great "free LC" reskin

Okay gave Felman Ingersson unique immortality/horse buff trait so he can join his friend in memes. Still requires a new campaign for the script to apply the trait to him.

Nice. Can you do the same with Felman Ingersson? He and Surtha were the only ones who got shit done and it's a horrible injustice that he never got the same memetic treatment like Surtha did.

I am actually surprised that no one has added Hydras (even better, reskinned as "Frost" hydras") to Norsca or Chaos. Not only would that be Lore friendly, but I always thought they were an asthetic fit for Chaos....I remember when they were in the Chaos roster (and at one point as a mount option along with chimerae though no model existed for it) all the way until maybe 5th edition or 6th? I will have to check my army builder files to be sure, but they gave them to Dark Elves, which is fine, but they should have kept a species aside for Chaos as well.....

Yeah I agree wholeheartedly. Surtha is a meme Lord at this point though, so if they want to be unique with one, it should be him :)

@steelmidnight Hopefully Norsca gets some more lords in game 3, the tribes of the Chaos wastes will probably be rolled under Norsca subculture and offer places to place new lords. I wouldn't mind if they made Surtha Ek more unique but there are still lord options from the tabletop/lore to give to Norsca that might not make it in the standard Chaos rosters. (Mortkin, Beorg Bearstruck, Sayl the Faithless)

CA may as well make these two meme-Lords (Felman Ingersson and Surtha Ek) into LLs at this point...We are so used to thier names by now anyway so they would have instant brand recognition. And Norsca BADLY needs to be bumped up to everyone elses standards at the least and given about 4 more LLs.

Finally, I have been looking forward to this.
