Player-led peace conferences confused me cuz i capitulated Macarthur and took all the states then assumed the a.i would eat up everything else but then they didnt so the West-Coast garrison peaced out everyone and just sat there.

I downloaded the Monuments mod then deleted it when i realized the mod didnt work with kaiserredux. I then realized that with this mod enabled, it still shows the monuments on the building menu which fucked everything up. It was like it latched onto this mod and now conflicts with everything.
