I'm considering to do the WH3 version.
Any suggestion about how to balance it with TK and any other faction that doesn't pay recruitment?

Well yes normally scripts/events/vortexspawn will be difficult to stop but I think it could be funny and it will add a little difficulty

@Kelarra. It only edit a dedicated table that multiply all costs.
So is compatible with everything that doesn't use that table

Some nerf to Tomb Kings is probably needed (probably on recruitment slots).
I'll do it in the next release.
