You mean the peninsula west to tip by Penzance and south of Glouchester? That is possible on a 1:4 map but the scale would be around 11:1 as it's just under 550km and the Mega 1:4 map is 48km

They are meant to be built by you. I use https://www.openstreetmap.org for rail networks

Any chance there is a version of this that's got all the towns and industry? Or the map overlay mod area so I can do so my self?

The maps are too small for any real world at the moment.
