You need to follow the installation guide. With that you can have the bike for all riders
1. Download the database on the PCM20 workshop
2. Make a backup of the local.cdb of your "Database" folder and of the all_XXX.xml and all_XXX.tga of the "Gui" folder
3. Open the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\shopworkshopcontent\1178400\2429111623\Pro Cycling Manager 2020
4. Copy or move the Pro Cycling Manager 2020 folder to the "...:\Steam\steamapps\common" folder
5. Replace the files
6. Everything is now installed and thank you for downloading the PCMVDB Project 2021!
You need to go to the database folder (on your Steam installation disk often the C (i.e. location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steamapps\workshopcontent1178400\2429111623\Pro Cycling Manager 2020 )
You then copy the Pro Cycling Manager 2020 folder and paste it into your games directory at this location: ...:\Steam\steamapps\workshop
