@mas20022002, Yes you don't need the search and destroy dlc for the torpedo/mine sink, however this ship no longer sinks correctly due to the space update changing how fluids work.

ncan i do the torpedo sinking without the serch and desrtoy dlc?

Try un-subscribing then re-subscribing, I don't know what else it could be, it doesn't appear anyone else is having this issue, If you are playing on a Mac I know there has been an issue with spawning missions since 1.0 was released

Open the Addon Editor and click on the button that looks like a file labeled "Load", then select the tab labeled "Workshop", select the item called "HMHS Ophelic" (you may have to scroll down if you are subscribed to other missions) next, at the bottom under "Mission Location" there are a couple more buttons to chose, click on the button that looks like a flag labeled "Test Mission", this will spawn the ship
