Thanks for the mod firstly, so I started off with skrill south league in england and currently I am using your mod and could hardly promote to next level. I was just going to ask how do you prevent being overrun in midfield area and since i have no transfer budget do you suggest any other tips for lower teams ?
I try to buy similar players to your examples but of course if their shooting is 15 my players will be around 8-9. I also want to know if we can change gameplay into something else or do we need to leave in control?

well I spend lots of time looking for players when i do lower leauge management, so that shouldn't be a problem xD

@Kl_bsup It works best for bigger teams, the more money the better players = Better results.

Anyone tried with bigger teams too? as i'm looking for a good allround tactic with 2 AC/strikers instead of the usual 1 striker tactics

@Nisanci99 abit hard for me to predict how good some players are that season, could u pls answear all my questions, would make it alot easier for me to give u some transfer tips =)

@BagdadCowboy i am Doncaster in premier league. 2017/18 season. i beat similar teams. but not higher teams. Chelsea,Utd,City etc.

@Nisanci99 Yeah ofc stronger teams is better with the tactic but it have worked for me with lesser team Southampton had to buy Gabriel Barbosa and Angel Correa right from start. 2'nd season i won PL, maybe you need abit more patience to get the right kind of players for the system? What team do you use? Maybe i could recommend a player or two for you, depending what positions you want to improve.

@BagdadCowboy i tried but not seem very perfectly. its perfect for stronger teams. but not for underdog team. do u think release for underdogs team with solid defense :))

@Nisanci99 Yeah i feel you, problem is playing against counterattack teams that plays alot of long balls, i would either change defensive line to be closer to your own goalie, "deeper" i think you call it in english, or i would change gameplan to more attacking to have higher pressure on their defenders.

I always like to play in 4-1-2-1-2 (i hate wingers ;-)
It works pretty good with my game with Polokwane (South Africa). Hard to start but now my team is sixth (media prevision : 16th)

@BagdadCowboy: I would say it would be possible to make a search filter in FM for each position, export it and upload on a sharing-site, finally share the link in opening post.

Ok, my bad, I indeed easily finished 1st in the French 7th tier with my crappy generated youngsters.

And for you noticing getting hammered on Counter attacks, you could switch the game plan from "controlling" -> "Counter attack" Switch around in the games, start with counter and in the end of the halfs use controlling, good luck =)

@edenra_2 Nope, i use it now with my own made team "bagdad outlaws" only generated youngsters in the team and some free transferplayers brought them from 4'th -> 2'nd 2 straight seasons. And belive me my generated youngers doesnt have AMAZING stats, they are decent youngsters compared to the league.

If it doesnt work for you, maybe you are using wrong type of player on the positions, and looking for wrong stats on the players? Read description, there is no shortcuts to sucess!

@Zx12iwish I hope it works out for you, and i do agree on the enemy counterattack part.. In some games i do have problem with that too. You could try to change the L/R Back to "only" offensive wingback instead of Complete, and change to supportive instead of attacking. Sorry if i use the wrong translation for it i hope u get it anyhow, my game is in Swedish =)

@"My tactic guys" Im sorry but your'e still wrong, its about the settings not the formation itself =) The Formation someone back in 1910 probably used ;)

@Shemsmith Im not rly sure what you mean, its set like i want it to be in the file, I do not use shouts at all if u mean during matches.

man, it's a one finger touch to G.O.D. Looking for other other tactics (3-2WB-2-1-2) Liverpool style!

I started a new save with Southampton to give this tactic a whirl hoping to hang on to my younger good players which Saints have in the squad. I have loaned a CB Keane from Man U and bought a cheap LB Lopez due to lack of transfer funds at the start of season. The tactic passes well and plays some really attractive football which is good to see. However it is majorly struggling defensively for me. I suffer heavily from throughballs and balls over the top which slice through my defence. I know I have to improve my CB's as soon as I have some transfer cash but the tactic is advertised as plug & play any team in any league. If I could improve the defence I would be very happy. I have struggled keeping up with this save after being torn apart away by top half teams and lost at home to Hull who scored twice and Wigan in the cup who put 3 past us. It may encourage me enough to keep the save alive if I can get some better CB's at January transfer window without selling my class youngsters :)

Well... I started to use that tactic in Championship Manager 2, so since 1999... it is a good one.

@Zx12iwish - I never change cause im usually tabbed out while the match is on, but i guess you could change the L/R Defencemen to defensive play and the team tactic to "Defending" ? I dont know sorry.

Using this formation and tactic in Spain with Celta Vigo and I am scoring for fun. Finding that using a trequartista is dominant from the AMC position...

Although this is a plug & play tactic is there any team instruction you would give to keep possession or time waste when holding a 1 or 2 goal lead....
