I'm still experiencing corruption rates of 70% to even 100%. Does this mod conflict with any others possibly?

I'm not an expert modder, but as far as I'm aware you can just turn it on and continue in ongoing games. This is what I've done in my games and I've had no problems so far.
My advice though, save it beforehand just in case
