This could work for my newfound kidney donor scenario... Someone has 2 functional organs, other colonist only has 1, the 1 has cancer... Put 2 and 2 together.

Use Harvest Organs Post Mortem instead of Autopsy Table. It has an addon mod to remove the modifier.

Yo yo! I've been looking for something similar but just for slaves as tribute to the empire, I don't know if you know something similar, but that'd be pretty neat!

There are two mods I frequently use that create similar debuffs:
* Medical Training
* Autopsy Table
Would it be possible and/or entertaining for you to extend this functionality to them as well?
