The Kiha110-1 currently being implemented is the express version.(divide it by 4 and you get about 13 passengers, but I multiplied it by 1.2 so it has 16 passengers.) However, 16 people is too few, so we'll strengthen it soon.
Also, the Kiha 100-1 has a capacity of 103 passengers, so divide it by 4 and you get about 26 passengers, but I multiplied it by 1.1, so it has 29 passengers.This one is only 16 meters long, so I think this will be enough.

Love to use this unit for my rural scenarios, but maybe you could tweak the passenger capacity?

Wikipedia mentioned that the KiHa 100 has a passenger capacity of 107 (sitting and standing), while the KiHa 110 has 119 (sitting and standing). Maybe you could use these values to make the units more economically sound to use in game?

PS: TpF2 always divides the given passenger capacity by 4 BTW.
