Just checked his movelist. This wrestler does indeed use a custom move - the Soul Stealing Choke by HG Punk. Added it to the required items list. That's my bad. Other than that, you should be good.

I have the entrance craft dlc, is there something else i need to download?

This wrestler shouldn't be using any custom parts or custom moves. The 4th costume does wear the basis for a custom belt, however, so you might need to have the Entrance Craft DLC for that part. If you want, I can upload a version of this character without the 4th costume and see if it works for you. This is the first time I hear about this issue, thanks for bringing it up
