I love these because the make sense for most kitchens. But I find that most of the ones I downloaded can not be raised off the floor level. I've tried everything I could from standing on the counter next to the window and I still cannot raise them up to the window. I would love to have these.

yes, you are right - unfortunately that is the price that you can put it anywhere and that it does not take space away from any other object, sorry

К сожалению, не все ваши шторы можно легко повесить. Не лично эти, а вообще многие.
Unfortunately, not all of your curtains can be easily hung. Not personally these, but in general many.
