I use this tactic with Anderlecht and if I play against good teams do I have to change the mentalitet and also change possession, changeover and no possession?

does the tactic work with the new update? before the update i finished the 1st season unbeaten, after the update i played 7 games, won 4, drew 1 and lost all 3 away matches
