@Smiley, the gems are included as part of the Precious and Semi-precious boxes.

Where are the kura's gems boxes at? Like in the same drop down menu or somewhere else?

I'd actually enjoy having gem boxes too
I love these boxes, makes it so much better to organize, rather than hey let's throw it all on this pallet of crates and hope we remember

@Dr.Thrax, sorry for taking so long to reply. I took a but of a break from rimworld just before Biotech released, getting back into it recently I myself thought this exact thing. I'll look into passing support for extra gems (as I'm using that too now) and some other mods like perhaps Rimvali

@Deepfield sure i can look into that! I've not really been playing a lot of Rimworld recently but i'll look into it this weekend. are there other simple chains mods that i can patch in?

it does work in 1.3. i've just not got round to updating it yet. though there's not really much to update.

i published an update earlier today that added that, moved some things around and made it very easy for me to support other mods in the future.

@Black Goat, if i could work out how to that's something i would very much like too! I've been toying with a few ideas and when i can find time might do a re-write to remove the dependence on Expanded Materials to allow some other mods to be supported with dynamic addition of relevant crates. but don't expect it soon
