It is indeed hi-res, almost all textures (where it makes a difference) are 4K, less then that and especially the lettering and weathering detail suffers for it. It's, without trying to be pedantic, a more artistic choice.

The zipped file is around 180 MB, but uncompressed the textures are about 1,1 GB. Hi-res baby :)

1GB for 4 trucks.. they are looking awesome just wonder about the file size a bit! ;)
