8 new traits that provide a wider range, good and bad, of pop growth?

8 new traits that affect pop growth in different ways (like double growth at 100% habitability but double the growth penalty for imperfect habitability, or something?)?

Downloading and starting a new game just to find what could have been included here is not an attractive option :(
