I can't reproduce the problem. Additional info and details might be helpful. Have several other servers not having the issue. Might be a mod collision or if not, not sure what could cause that.

Same problem as Datamonkey, unless the recent game update broke things. Players on my cluster have lost their resources entirely apparently. No other stacking mods present. Not sure about stacks being over 10k though, nobody is mentioning that.

Resource bins, flags, banks. They all ignore stacking limits if that is the issue.

With this mod? Shouldn't have a stack larger than 10k, as in shouldn't be possible.
I've not seen any issues in other servers with this mod for items stacked in silos, worktables, etc that go over 10k.
Are you running more than one stack mod?

Hey Spiky, I've had someone mention on my server that if you have a stack of stuff which is over 10k when the server is rebooted that stuff will vanish. Any ideas?

well hopefully one day players will return to the game and the population will grow. Its not as bad as the reviews say they just really need to focus on the bug fixes and getting other versions working besides official.

yeah thats actually the main issue with custom item stacks in single player or non dedicated games. If you do not run the CIS code before you log out when you log back in all resources are at their original cap and the rest deleted.

Won't be changing it in this mod, scaling on the fly caused problems while testing. If it was needed I could possibly fork the project for one without a weight modifier (or a smaller shift), but that's a bit of work, I'd want it for more than 1 server. (Also I have not coded any tools to remove/swap the stacks out so the potential for loss of resources would exist. )

Ideally it SHOULD allow a quantity and weight scaling.

This is intentional to encourage migration off of freeports.

Resources from Freeport are normal, and all other resources are mod-affected, is it possible to change this somehow? Just on D4 fiber as from Freeport. And so the mod is good. Sorry for the crooked English.
