@NextKuromeThe76Solder the pulley tool does not exist however, it might be in this addon because i searched for the pulley tool and this showed up: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=104771157 (these are gmod 12 tools)

first of all, it's in the "half life 2" category for those who don't know. second of all, you have to make it so the bottom half spawns frozen, because if it isn't, it just helicopters the frick outta there.
