I've actually got something for the High Elves and the Empire already prepared, just not published - I'll see when I can get it ready. Maybe in the next month or so. Stay tuned =)

@Professional Degenerate I recommend you use another mod for other factions, I just mentioned that in the description so you'll know the DElves won't be as OP if you're playing another faction as the buffs are tied to the player, not the faction.

Trying to use the unit buffs with other factions screws the faction over because you randomly produce a ton of chaos corruption for no reason. Should maybe change that or set it to owning faction corruption.

@mardock Yes! I've made Shades incredibly powerful with insane range but to make them not so godlike I've reduced their unit size so they have to rely more on mobility. Although they can still handle themselves in melee :)

I am playing with several dark elves mods currently and noticed that while the unit stats are insane, shades somehow have a smaller unit size and less life? Could this be related to this mod?
