So it's a bit unfortunate. This skin is "extending" the base FMEnhanced. FMs kind of shoddy workshop implementation means that the skin isn't properly installed until you select it in the settings.


1. Remember to save. You might have to force-close the game.
2. Subscribe to this skin, "FMEnhanced Dark", and to the base skin, FMEnhanced .
4. In FM Settings, select the NON-dark theme, "FMEnhanced", and confirm settings.
5. In FM Settings, select this skin, "FMEnhanced Dark", and confirm.
6. If game breaks, force-close and open again.


Try force-closing game and opening again. If that does not help;

Navigate to

C:\Users\(you)\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\skins\

(or on mac)
/Users/(you)/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2021/skins/

and delete the file called "FMEnhanced Dark.fmf"

I downloaded this skin loaded it up to my game and it didn't work when It I tried booting it up in preferences there was no skin and I was stuck looking at the profile creator screen unable to click anything. I unsubbed then ran through the comments to see if anyone else had similar issues, I realized that i was supposed to subscribe to original skin first, so i did that, but I still can't get into my game, it keeps getting stuck on the loading screen, I've uninstalled it twice and still nothing, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

How do i fix my FM? I did what u told, but it's broken...

if ur having a problem with loading in. Go to my documents and find fm there. then u go to skims. and delete the dark mode

If you don't understand that you need to install a regular skin first, is this my problem? On the right it says what you need to install first of all so that this skin works for you! Read a little, and do not stupidly press the buttons, and then there will be no problems.

Do not subscribe to this skin it makes your fm crash. You have to uninstall the game and install again. Sort this issue out this is not accetable.

to anyone having problems, i did too i couldnt load the game with this skin but when i downloaded the FMEnhanced skin with the FMEnhanced Dark it then loaded and works perfectly. It might help some of you having problem since it helped me
