No, most of them have values close to each other (for exemple you won't have one with 150/75 and another with 200/100) but they are not exactly the same. In addition to damage, some gains magic attack earlier or later, have more accuracy, more reload speed, more splash damage or earlier splash damage, ect ect. In general, T1 to T2 gain 10-20% damage, T2 to T3 gain 25-35% damage and magic/splash and T3-T4 gain 20-30% with even bigger splash and magic.
That depends if you play vanilla or a mod. Vanilla values would be for exemple between Tomb king T1 150/75 (Normal/AP) to T2 165/85 (Normal/AP). That's the kind of small improvement you get from gaining the improved tower.

Ok, it's easy, it's Tailored Faction Garrisons. Better Sieges and Reporting for Duty don't touch the Garrison building.
However, Tailored Faction Garrisons replace the "wh2_main_skv_defence_minor_1" by "wh2_main_skv_austin_skryre_defence_minor_1" / "wh2_main_skv_austin_pestilens_defence_minor_1" / ect ect. Meaning he split 1 building into X building, 1 for each faction. This also means this mod is incompatible with virtually 90% of other mods that change garrison building. Including mine.
I will include that in the Compatibility part, but I am afraid this mod is incompatible with Tailored Faction Garrisons only, the rest of your list is fine. My other mods modify primary tables, so they are 100% compatible with everything including Tailored Faction Garrisons.

-Unfortunately even though I load your mod first I don't seem to see any change to Tier II defenses structures in the campaign map or build menu.
Should I be giving it an extra turn or not use Better Seige's since it changes tower range and angle? (Would those count as changing the table?)
Yes, but whether it works or not can you write it with the other mod that you used? Like for exemple, "I used SFO + Better Siege + Better Siege SFO and it still works" or "I used End of Time", that kind of thing?
Ceux la, approximativement ... 5 min? Genre, 10 min pour les 4 mais c'etait plus le fait de lancer le jeux pour verifier si ça marché. Sinon l'écriture, c'est 1 ligne pour le victory point, 4 lignes pour le fire rate et celui la c'est 46 lignes d'ajout. Tous les mods de la catégorie Siege - XXX vont être des mods à effet tres restreint, comme ça chacun peut prendre oui ou non le mod.
C'est juste un Français qui se plaint que les autres Français sont assez facilement repérable. J'ai eu des russes qui faisaient l'effort de Google Translate, même des asiatiques. Sinon ce que je disais est vrai, les colonies mineures c'est 4 emplacements, pour les buffs c'est soit les overhaul comme SFO et Radious soit les mods qui buff les garnison (il y en a pas mal).
Ca va etre tres dur, les villages de provinces sont hard codés en 4 emplacement, à l'inverse des capitales qui peuvent etre a 10/12/18 emplacements. Aussi, serieux, tu peux parler anglais quand meme?
honestly mate it doesnt feel toooo op. It adds 1 thane and 2 longbears to lvl 3 minor settlements. To me it feels alright. but maybe more hardcore players find it too much. Appreciate you for the link buddy. Thank you for making the community great

I will give you 2 links, but it is better for you to search exactly what you want. For example, do you play with an overhaul? Radious, SFO, Lucky, End of Times, ect, ect? How powerful you want the garrison? Do you want to steamroll any 20 stack or do you want to barely hold against it?

Would advise the Heavy mod because it's less bloated than the Lord one. But both of them really add a lot of units, and strong units. That's the issue, almost no garrison buff mod is light. Honestly, if you just want to add like 2-3 units, there will be no mod. If you want to add 6+, you will find your happiness.
You have a lot of mod to choose then, there are the Elite Garrison, the Elite Trio, The Lord's Garrison. Except if you play Vampire Coast, there are almost none for them. The only issue is that if they don't fix the CA priority, you will have some unfortunate errors (for example, Zombies are valued higher than Blood Knights for Vampire Count, so if you have 21 units, the Blood Knights will disappear)
