So you're pretty much buying it from them. if you look in the script. it says its a 1950s model. But ye he should change the speed.

Because on 1930s Poland was Independent state, so no belong to USSR. After IIWW Poland was satelite state on USSR block.

What's the point in buying it in Dollars? It was produced by fablok the Polish company. So why shouldn't it be buyable in Rubs? And the highest fablok speed was 115 km/h.

Nice rolling stock. But I fully agree with Thomas - it should be available since 1930 or 1933 and movement speed reduced to 100-105 kmh
